Generative AI with Large Language Models
Generative AI with Large Language Models mainly introduces the basic principles of generative artificial intelligence and how to deploy it in practical applications.
This course consists of three modules, namely:
- Module 1: Generative Artificial Intelligence cases, project cycles, and model pre-training: Introducing Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models, training Large Language Models based on AWS.
- Module 2 Fine tuning and evaluation of large language models: Fine tuning and evaluating the effectiveness of large language models for single task and multi task instructions.
- Module 3: Reinforcement Learning and LLM Driven Applications: Fine tuning using reinforcement learning to design LLM applications.
Each module of the course includes videos, reading materials, assignments, and applications, allowing students to gain a deep understanding of the project cycle of generative AI, participate in data collection, model selection, performance evaluation, and deployment, and learn how to adjust big prediction models based on datasets and computing power. The course will also discuss the challenges and opportunities that generative artificial intelligence brings to businesses.
